• Location data: when you check in at arenas and courts, we collect your geographic location with your explicit consent.
• Device data: device model, operating system, unique identifiers and network information.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, access times and interactions within the App.
• Push notifications: notification tokens for sending alerts, if you authorize.

1.3 Third-party information

• Social login: when logging in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email and profile photo as authorized by you on the originating platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your Sideout account;
• Display your profile, posts and content to other users;
• Process check-ins and update rankings and gamification;
• Send push notifications about relevant activities (likes, comments, followers);
• Show nearby arenas and courts based on your location;
• Improve and personalize the App experience;

• Public content: posts, profiles and check-ins are visible to other App users and may be accessed via public links on the web.
• Service providers: we use third-party services for hosting (Cloudflare), database (Supabase), media storage and notification delivery, which process data on our behalf.
• Legal obligations: we may disclose information when required by law, court order or legal process.

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
